“Fantastic Area” reviewed by Kennedy
This place is beautiful.. Streets upon streets with million dollar estates, fantastic walk ways and parks with water surrounds and you might even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the dolphins who often come into the marina to feed – The people here are very friendly, falls in line of middle meets upper class. The community here seem very close, with an exercise class and good neighborhood watch program.
“Loved living here” reviewed by Jed K.
My wife and I used to live in ascot waters before moving away. It was great. we both worked in the city and subiaco. Get into work takes only 30 pleasant bike ride along the river so pleasant and all along good cycle routes and so picturesque. Or public transport took just 30 mins from door to city or subi train station. Buses pass Gt eastern and garratt rroad every 15 mins and garratt road bus goes straight to bayswater and then your on the midland line straightinto the city and subi, perfect.
